Q: Do I need renter's insurance?
A: Yes. Before you move in, it is required for you to obtain renters' insurance, and to maintain your policy for the duration of your lease. This is a special insurance policy that protects the contents of your apartment from loss or damage due to fire, theft, or other catastrophic events. A policy of this type is quite affordable. The premium is calculated based upon the value of your furniture and other personal possessions. To find out more, we encourage you to contact your car insurance provider - often they have bundles that can save you money on multiple policies. If you have additional questions about renter's insurance, please call the office.
Q: Who arranges the utilities?
A: RRG Norristown Apartments LLC pays for your utilities with the exception of electric, cable, internet, and phone service - which you will be responsible for setting up and paying directly to the providers. Because utilities including electric will be placed in your name, it is your responsibility to call and order service before you move in. We are able to assist you with the information required to make this process simple.
